Your privacy choices
What gets shared, in plain language
This site runs the Meta advertising pixel. When you visit a page, it sends Meta a record of that visit — the page, a Meta cookie identifying the browser, and your IP address. When you submit a form, it also sends a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone so Meta can tell that the person who clicked an ad is the person who enquired. That is how we know which ads are worth paying for.
We do not sell anyone's information for money. But California's privacy law treats passing data to an advertising platform like this as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and it gives you the right to say no. This page is how you say no.
Your name, your property address and anything you type into a message box are never sent to Meta, whether you opt out or not.
Opt out
One click. Nothing else on the site changes, and your enquiry still reaches us exactly as it would have.
Checking your current setting…
Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie on this browser for 12 months. It is not tied to your name and it is not sent anywhere. Because it lives on the device, you will need to set it again on a different browser or device, or if you clear your cookies.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically. You do not need to use the button above — the pixel will not load, and nothing will be sent to Meta, for as long as that signal is on.
What this does not cover
This setting controls advertising data only. It does not affect the information you give us directly in a form, which we use to answer you and which is covered by the Privacy Policy. It also has no effect on other companies' own tracking if you reached us through them.
Questions, or a request by hand
To ask what information we hold, to have it deleted, or to make this request without using the button, email Nate@TheSDHomeSeller.com or call (619) 604-6353. We will not treat you differently for asking.
